first haircut

This morning Jon and CJ went to get their haircuts. The whole family went because I was hoping that we could possibly get CD's hair cut at least just in the front - some bangs or something. As you can see from the picture below, her hair was definitely in her eyes.


But as we were talking to Heather (who cuts our hair), we decided that CD may as well get a whole haircut. So today CD got her first haircut! How exciting! She did so good too. She just sat there on my lap and didn't make a sound. Hardly anything got cut. Just enough to clean it up and make it look good.



And here she is with her haircut complete. So cute! And now she can see better without hair in her eyes! Oh, she even sat through getting her hair curled a bit with a straightener. Now how's that for a first time haircut!
