look at me! I'm crawling!

C2 has finally done it!,... She's CRAWLING!! Hooray! We are quite excited. And she is too! You can see her new found determination to get around and try new things. She is very determined to pull herself up (to get to things C1 purposely places out of her reach), but she can't quite get her legs out from under her. It took awhile to get her crawling, but I think with her new "I can do it" attitude, she'll be walking before we know it!

snow fun

We had a fun visit with Grandma and Grandpa Allen this weekend. Grandpa brought his snow clothes and decided that C1 needed to spend some time out in the snow (something that his parents haven't done too much of with him). So the following are some fun pictures from Saturday's snow adventure! Good thing we have lots of snow to spare!

C1 had a hard time walking around in the snow because of how deep it was. He fell quite a bit.

C1, Grandpa, and Jon work on a huge snowman. Wait until you see the final results!

C1 and Grandpa make snow angels. You could barely see C1's, but he had the right idea at least.

Check out that snowman! Or should I say snowGIANT! We actually added a bucket hat and a scarf made from a cut up towel (something we had to do to make it long enough to fit on!)

the cutest vampire ever!

C2 is the cutest vampire ever! Instead of her two front teeth coming in, the ones next to them have come in. So when she smiles big she looks like a little vampire. An adorable one, that is! If you look close you can also see her ever-present mohawk. She has a habit of pulling at the hair on the top of her head in the back, so it never stays down. Any one who sees her comments on the mohawk. She really is a cutie!

clearing the snow

We have gotten quite a bit of snow this year. I'm not sure exactly how much, but it's been a lot. This last weekend C1 helped Jon clear the driveway on the 4-wheeler. C1 even got on his own 4-wheeler to help. Now he thinks he needs a snow-plow on his 4-wheeler like his daddy has.
