happy birthday

Today our little CD turned 2! Okay, she actually won't turn 2 until 11:56pm. But we celebrated anyway! Grandma & Grandpa Allen as well as Uncle Clint joined in the celebration. The night started with pizza for dinner and then presents and cake and ice cream. Here are some pictures of CD's favorite presents...

CD's all time favorite turned out to be the jack in the box. She kept going to it and had a hard time showing interest in anything else. She also got 2 beautiful church dresses (one from Grandma & Grandpa Parker) and a cute outfit and 2 my little ponies from Grandma & Grandpa Allen.

After presents we dug into CD's cupcakes. CD enjoyed eating her own little cake. However she mainly just ate the frosting. Look at that face! I think she made a bigger mess this year, than last year!

Overall, CD had a really great birthday. We just can't believe our baby is 2 years old already! Where does time go?

Too end your night, CJ would like to share a song with you. A little harmonica came in CD's band set, and CJ was quite quick at claiming it as his own. But when he has such natural talent and ability with it, why not? You listen to his song and see if you think he could go pro. Enjoy!
