Easter weekend recap

Here are some pics from our Easter weekend. Saturday morning the kids participated in the neighborhood Easter Egg hunt at the park. CJ loved it - his basket was quite full. CD just screamed and cried the whole time and would not hold her basket or pick anything up. We're not too sure what was her problem.




Saturday evening we actually drove to Heber City to enjoy an evening with some of Jon's friends from high school whom he hadn't seen in many years. It was a very enjoyable evening filled with yummy bbq, dyeing eggs for the kids, and karaoke for everyone. The worst part was leaving at 9pm and still having a 2 hour drive home with the kids. Thankfully they slept in the car and went right back to sleep when we put them in bed after getting home.

Sunday morning came too fast. We went to church in the morning, hung out at home, and then enjoyed Easter dinner at Grandma & Grandpa Parker's house. Oh, and the Easter bunny finally showed up at our house around 3:30pm. Maybe next year we'll ask him to come on Saturday instead. It was a good Easter.
